RNK is Gralin’s’ newest partner and has created for them a national conferencing system designed to penetrate the large scale public market. The service provides free instant conferencing and is able to be cross marketed amongst their customer base while keeping customer anonymity. Gralin designed the hardware and the software for this service as well as it’ supporting web based service.

Who’s Calling

Who’s Calling is the worldwide industry leader in Customer Capture solutions. Using patented call measurement and monitoring technology they provide an innovative service that allows you to capture vital intelligence about your prospects and customers - and how you handle them. Gralin associates co-developed their telephone voice recording platform and were contracted to write and support the IVR software.

Large Scale Integration

Online Communications

While no longer in business we feel it necessary to mention this customer because of the type of work done for them. Online Communication was a national gateway for live customer service operations based in Florida. They provided a human answering service for a variety of customers around the country. The unique thing about this system was that it had the ability of letting the agents work from home therefore reducing the labor costs normally associated with large inbound agent systems. With a dial in connection to the internet and an available phone circuit that we could call we were able to have the agent work from a remote location. When a customer would call in for service/support we would forward that call to the agent and provide a screen pop with caller and customer information. This was accomplished in the early 90’s before DSL and cable modems were readily available. Due to competition and changing technology the service as it was operating was no longer needed. This system is an example of Gralin’s ability to accomplish what some thought was not possible at the time.

Reid London House

Gralin was contracted by Reid London House to create a seamless telephone/web service to administer online tests for job recruiting called Quik-Screen. This was done with GoTech, one of our business partners. We created a configuration system that would control both the web and the IVR real time. This entire job was completed in 4 months. After the 911 tragedy Pearson’s Government Services division won the Homeland Security TSA project bid. Gralin and GoTech were part of the design and implementation team creating the system to screen all of the TSA employees for US airports.

Global Network Connectivity

BB Connectivity

This system is used behind a long distance carriers switching hub. Placed in remote locations, it collects telephone call data and helps to decide routing. It than distributes data packets to the appropriate billing service for proper origination billing. It also sends a data packet to the terminating service for collection accountability. This requires connectivity to multiple different types of databases and service providers simultaneously.
